Hey Cat!  How did you do those coasters?  Were they decoupaged?  Love em!

Wow.  I love the tri-force window art.  Are mario and luigi cross stitch?  And what is link made out of?  Great job!

Thanks.    The mario and luigi are needlepoint - a lot like cross stitch but with more variations in the stitches.

The link is made out of paper tiles glued onto a wooden box.     It's a pretty lengthy process I learned from http://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Paper-Mosaics-Susan-Seymour/dp/1402716567/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1195567931&sr=8-1.

Here's what I sent to greatlonggone:

Yoshi Zippered Pouch:
It's a green mesh over white fabric.  I was trying to go for a scaley feel.

Super Mario 3 Chest w/ items (marble magnets):
The magnets were all the things you could get from the chests in the Mushroom house.

Legend of Zelda Fairy in a Bottle:
Used to replenish health.

And my favorite!  Super Mario World Keyhole Scarf (excuse the goofy smirk):

Hope she liked everything.

wow!! teriyakimoto your stuff is amazing!

This is what I sent to shinekomi... I know she's received but as she's having technical difficulties i'm not sure if she's able to photograph them. I hope she liked it anyway!

A felt bubble bobble pencil case/purse with spotty lining which you can't see here:

A mario star keyring:

A nintendo controller box file to keep all her wayward work in:

There was also a bomberman notice board with bomb magnets, but I seem to have lost the photo  Sad, hopefully shinekomi will have one.

Okay so I'd like to say I've been too busy to post pics for so long but I think I've just been to distracted and disorganized!!! So major apologies to my most excellent swap partner, missmuffcake. She was such a great partner and I really enjoy chatting with her even now that the swap is over!!! Cheesy We have lots in common!!!

Here is what I sent her:

I would have liked the mushroom cap to fold down over the stem, but I couldn't make it work without ripping it apart. I made it last minute because stupid Simply Spray sucks and ruined the bag and tshirt I originally made her. I ended up hand 'stenciling' the 'game over' shirt with a fabric paint pen and using cut out pieces of the original picture, piece by piece.

Here is the cool stuff she sent me:

I opened the box and pulled out this awesome stars bag that I've been using to tote my lunch and stuff in, and a mystery box!!!

Here are the goodies that were in the box:

I love Qbert and he doesn't disappoint! I love the jaunty angle he's at, like he's leaning up against a block leisurely, as if there's not a snake coming down at him!!! The star is squishy and fun to play with, and as you can see I also have a 'game over' necklace for when I need to let people know what's up. Hehe.

Thanks missmuffcake, and ttys!!! Cheesy
