This is my first adventure into crazy quilting, and I think I'm hooked.  I'm not really sure what I am going to do with this, it measures 20x11.  Perhaps I'll make other rectangles in different colors, then join them.  Time will tell.  It currently has a home over my husband's computer because he "lurves" it.

Just the pieces:

Some of the stitches were completely random doodling, or shapes my husband thought would be cool.  I've included a torch, a highway, a diadem, stars, triangles, football, wishbones, and chicken feet along with more traditional stitches like chain, feather, and harringbone.

I am happy to report that the current CQ project has much MUCH better feather stitching.

I'd be interested to hear if you did it with this method in my tut

or another.  That floating triangle you have, for example, must be applique?

I'm looking to send my Step-Sister's Choice quilt to a new home.  If you're interested in swapping for fabric/scrapbooking supplies, send me a PM.
