splish splash i was takin a bath

i'm making a blanket and have to block a bunch of squares (which i've never done before) and i got the instructions on how to do it but what am i supposed to pin the squares to while they're being blocked?

I've pinned squares I'm blocking on towels laid on my carpet.  This may not be a good idea for those with roommates, pets, kids, or hardwood floors.

thanx for the idea but i have all of the above except for the roommate. wouldn't it mildew though if you were to get the block wet and wait for it to air dry? or do you iron them dry?

Do you have a guest room, with a bed and a door that can block out all those things that walk around the house?  I pin mine through towels to the mattress, it works great.
