I'm proud of my cupcakes I made for my daughter's class!  They were very quick to make!

Edit:

I've had a couple questions on how I made these, so I thought I'd give a step by step.

I used a box cake mix and canned frosting (I'm so lazy!) and a bag of M&M's.

I used two decorating bags and filled one with chocolate frosting and the other with white frosting.  I used a flat tip on both bags.

First, I made a stripe of chocolate down the middle of each cupcake.

Then, I put on the M&M's--M side down-- honestly I thought this was the hardest part because I have rather fumbly fingers.

Next, I switched the tip of the chocolate frosting to a small dot tip and made the pupils of the eyes on each M & M.

Lastly, I used the white frosting bags to made stripes back and forth across the cupcake, the sloppier the better.  Honestly, this was easier and faster than frosting the cupcakes with a knife.

Sooo adorable! So creative! They look yummy and fabulous. I would have loved to eat these as a kid.... I would love to eat them now, too! Haha.

That is definitely awesome, and I just may have to make those for my food fair tomorrow!

You should definitely make them for your fair--if you have a decorating bag, you can whip these in no time flat.

Oh, those are cool!  Is there chocolate frosting behind the eyes, or is that straight cake?

My sister was going to make those for her son's kindergarten class, but the teacher asked her not to since she hadn't signed up for it ahead of time.  Roll Eyes Anyway, they are super-adorable! I love the m&m eyes!
