Mohawk Hat

I've seen pics of this kind of hat around and thought I would give it a go. The black is superwash and the blue is my handspun. My son loves the result! A purple mohawk hat is on the needles now for DD!

the pattern is in a book. its called pretty in punk and mine just came in the mail like yesterday. YAY! so all i have to do is get down to the yarn store and get me some yarn and then ill have my own mohawk hat!
