I made these yesterday.
I used sparkling water for the water.
Some I left plain, some with a powdered suager galze & some with cream cheese & pumkin pie spice frosting.
THe kids loved the frosting ones.
The adults prefered the glaze.
I think next time i will try some pumkin pie spice with the glaze.
They were all very good. I made them mini muffins so people could try all of them.

i'm so addicted to these that i bought like 5 spice cake mixes and 5 cans of pumpkin, to get me through the week! i even got my hubby addicted, and he doesn't even like pumpkin!

Mmm Mmm, I just made a batch of these.  They are sooo delish.  I love pumpkin season and this super easy recipe is a definite candidate for a repeat.
