Practical yet crafty...my kinda mom! Love the sweatshirt idea and it doesn't even look like a sweatshirt from the pic!

 This is the first year my son (almost 7) didn't want me to make his costume  Cry .  So we borrowed a flimsy cheap ass store bought costume so he could be Anakin Skywalker. Needless to say, we are putting him in long underwear underneath so he won't freeze to death!

Thanks again, guys.  Taloola, trust me, you don't want my sewing table!  It's just a card table, one of the long, narrow ones.  It's the perfect height to sit at the couch and sew, but if I get the machine going too fast the whole thing jumps up and down.  If it were a little more solid, it'd be perfect.
