Some time ago I posted a question in the help forum for purses, bags, etc., but never got any responses.  I needed a wallet to carry in a tote bag so I could just carry a wallet instead of the whole tote bag.  I normally carry a good sized healthy back bag (Ameribag) and love it, but carrying a tote full of stuff and a big purse is ridiculous. Anyway, I found a wallet/purse pattern called Favorite Things Wallet and used it.  I love bright colors and the fabrics I chose for this are certainly "BRIGHT!"  There's a zipper pocket for change, two long slot pockets for bills and receipts, an accordian card holder, cell phone pocket, pen pocket, etc., etc. There are a couple of things I will change on the pattern (stiffer interfacing for the outside) the next time I make it but it certainly fills the bill for me. How do you like it??

I love it and think it's adorable!  It looks so functional and the accordian card slots are fantastic!  Great fabric, too.  Nice job!   Smiley

Your wallet purse is wonderful and I love the bright colors.  I have this same pattern and made one and gave it away.  I think I wasn't wild about the fabric I used, even though it was one of my favorite fabrics.

You've gotten me into the mood to make another one, now.  Thank you very much!
