While nearly everything has already been said, I have to add that it's absoluteley lovely...and that I think it's complete--perhaps all it needs is a black mat/border?  All the 'negative space' gives you room to think and 'read between the lines' (however corny and cliche that sounds XD).

An icon you say? hrm...maybe later...

It's a great piece! I love your style!

I agree that I like it the way it is,  I don't think you should add words because I think it would distract from the great image of the demons.

If you want to add anything, I would add furniture to make it look like a normal room, perhaps the furniture should be just outlines to make them fade to the background.  I think it's more powerful if it's an ordinary looking person in an ordinary room being tormented.

I like the empty bit - I think it contrasts with the busy-ness of the monsters, makes it feel lonely - very evocative.

I think that you should leave it blank until you are absolutely sure that you will like it once you add more things, that way, you are sure to like it  Smiley

no criticism or advice. only this. I like that your voices demons seem toothless, and therefore less threatening. I tend to draw a lot of very toothy fellows.
keep up the good work.
