what about making a pocket on the bottom to slide the plastic into? you could just button/zip it back up again after washing. just a thought.

That's a great idea! I can just add an extra flap, which would be super easy. Thanks so much!

I just made one, although mine was a rectangular-bottomed one (I supersuck at measuring). I love this and am going to make more for my bathroom to hold my daughter's hair stuff.

Thanks so much!

Your bucket is great! Thanks for the tutorial, I've been wanting to make these for ages.
What to store in it? Yarn, shopping bags, fabric remnants, beading projects. Well, that would probably be my choice right now, because it's what I have to go tidy up...

Woo Hoo! I'm so glad you crafty people out there are finding little homes for these buckets.

Impshlady, your totes look great and so perfect on the shelf above your mirror. The handles look like they will work well in that situation.

Rock on!

Pinupmommy those are awesome - I love how the same project yielded two totally different styles depending on the fabric choice!

Hooray for pinupmommy!

Love the two totes in opposite prints - and the owl print is adorable.

Great work!

I love this tutorial! So easy for such a practical and attractive solution! Thank you so much for posting it!

I've been eyeing this at Target, but didn't want to spend the money for it. Now I can make my own with my own look!

I'm off to peruse my fabric stash!  Smiley
