this is PERFECT. I need something like this for a class i'm taking (bookarts) to knit "tapes" for a certain binding technique. I will show you when i do it!

What a neat idea! I  can see little crocheted and knitted storage devices of all shapes and sizes decoupaged and sealed and painted with glitter and all kinds of odds and ends.
Now I know what to do with those sale papers I get every week!

I saw this on craftzine.  It looks cool, although I wouldn't want to make anything too permanent with it.  Newpaper yellows and breaks down pretty quickly.  We only keep papers for about two months at the library I work at, otherwise they start to get funky.
