Presenting to all fellow craftsters, my first Redondo skirt, i am very proud of it, coz i did not have any pattern, got the inspiration from Leesah, but instead of enlarging pdfs available online, i used circle skirt as base pattern and by seeing the online instructions, drafted my own kind of pattern pieces, would u believe...it turned out perfect, wish i had sewn in some nice fabrics instead of left over ones, anyways this is not going to be the last redondo skirt i am going to make.....i was waiting to make one, now i can't wait to make many, i just love this pattern....so watch out for more...

i was too tired to make ruffles out of another fabric, hence chose wide satin ribbon, it made work simple and also looks pretty good, isn't it..

I think that turned out great, espically with out your own pattern!!!!  I also LOVE the aqua & brown color combo.

The top's shoulder on one side is bit wayward, i was pretty tired while sewing the top and i guess it shows. hopefully shall alter it for better, but i am very happy with the way the skirt has turned out.
