eek! I just received my package from Jinkies!!! My camera battery is charging and its killing me to not be able to post pictures.. its totally perfect

The crocheting only took a few hours.  but then came the felting (about 2 hours in the machine!) and then the drying.  I didn't want machine dry it, because that makes the wool shrink even more (and I didn't want a mini-bag!) so I had to let it air dry.  My apologies to Itscute if the bag was still a bit damp when it arrived!

it's really fantastic. i haven't crocheted or knitted enough to build up any speed at all.

10/27--wah! usps tracking says meshell's pkg to me arrived at a PO sooo close--and here, 3 days later--???-- still not here.

My apologies to Itscute if the bag was still a bit damp when it arrived!

It was still wet, but it didn't matter, We were having a hot California day, and it dried it quickly, while i was hanging out with my friend.

crazy weekend so im kinda late on posting pictures! I totally love what Jinkies sent me! The cutest little owl bag with lots of hand embroidery and she even snuck in DDS onto the leaves on the branch..seriously awesome!!

i also received!!! MEshelltakeone totally wisted me out and I'm so excited to share the pix...
methinks she's in the holiday spirit...here's the envelope and some totally yum Smarties:


staying in the spirit--wait til you see this!--a clutch purse made from a Hershey's bag...


it has a magnetic closure that's totally nifty and, this was a way big surprise to me, FABRIC LINING and she sewed it GORGEOUSLY. My camera doesn't do closeups that great.



I don't know how many hours are in her weekend because there's MORE. This uberfabulous fashion scarf with robin blue fleece on one side and totally cheery polka dots and stars on the other side, modeled here by my daughter...



AND I have been dropping for this ever since I saw it online--because I work in the game industry (board games, that type)...

so far this is the best my camera can do but the metal work holding it all in is so great. my daughter's bummed that this is one thing she CANT have.
I am so honored with these crafts and lovelies. Thank you!

MEshelltakeone also received from me--of course it feels totally unbalanced to me with everything (above) that she made. But it is the best stuffie that I made so far and I'm happy it's home (yet still in my time zone!)
