I made these using scrapbook paper, star glitter, reg. glitter, and these star charms that I took off a necklace I got at Ross a long time ago (it had about 25 billion different sized star charms on it). What a long sentence! :

Closeups of a couple:

Here are some others. I think that the pink pearl one would be perfect on a silver chain (from each corner). I'd like to hear your opinion on that. :

Some closeups:
Scrapbook paper and glitter.

This one is turquoise and neon green thread and beads. It matches my hair. Cheesy  :

Beads and glitter:

I need to add findings to these bad boys.
I have a bit of an issue with airbubbles, but I'm learning here. This was my second/third batch.

After.I actually have these little eyescrews I bought at a hardware store. Somebody told me it's a lot easier than drilling holes. Plus, I don't have a drill with a teeny tiny bit!

I just love them!!! I plan on getting some resin casting supplies later this week at Michaels.  I never thought about using scrap book paper. Great idea.

I love the clear one with the big white star! (first pic, right side!)

Looks like we all bought the same resin molds from Michael's Cheesy  I want to find a new mold, but can't seem to find anything that is suitable.  So I've started reusing plastic packaging (like from anything: batteries, airfreshners, tools, beads!) and it's actually been quite a successful endeavor Smiley
