I saw this at CrochetVille. Unfortunately I must report yet again to you all of another person selling other people's patterns. If you see something that is your please report this person.
Here are the links to their shops.
Etsy     http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5107333
iOffer    http://www.ioffer.com/selling/karebare?cat_id=405000

Here is the link to the Thread at CrochetVille
http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=63778

So disappointing what this person is doing. Some of the patterns are freely offered by people who took the time to figure out how to make them
Let's stick together and stop this theft.

Oh jeeze I saw several patterns that are out of some books from the late 70's. My grandmother owns a set of them. Should I let etsy know?

People are ridiculous. The worst part is, you can tell that most of her pictures are scans from the book because of the quality of the picture.

thats awful! I would be really mad if I made a pattern and someone started selling it! I'm glad you're doing something to stop this.

I think what you would need to do is find out who published the book like if it's an annies attic or leisure arts and notify them.
I'd also notify etsy to tell them the seller is scanning and selling patterns from a published book still under copyright and that she is not selling the original pattern. They should (hopefully) take it from there.

The publisher of the Binder was listed right at the top of that website. I looked up their site, here's the contact us page: http://www.marshallcavendish.co.uk/contact_us.asp
