These are great fingerless gloves.  I got the pattern from Knitty
It was an easy pattern to follow and fun to make.  They are in Patons Shetland Chunky tweed.

I was just thinking about this pattern-- I made a pair when the fall issue came out last year, and now that it's chilly again I need to find them! It was my first attempt at cables and I think it's great way to learn them.
