Hmm, this is completely my cup of tea. I need to think about it for another day or two (and make another run to the junk store before I sign up! Defeating the purpose, I know  Tongue).

I just started an altering project with an old 1960s USDA book called "Consumers All"...If someone would want a consumerism irony-themed altered book, I will definitely sign up!

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Um... I WAS suppossed to be making some Christmas presents sometime... How on earth will I be able to make them if I'm spending all my time doing swaps?!?!?!?

Huh  Okay... this is where you can either talk me into it because this is what I love to do and it will use up some of my stash... or talk me out of it because I'm going to neglect my friends.   Huh

Ok, altered consumerism book sounds totally cool to me! I am probably not the only one either. How ironic would it be! sign up calluna!

Oh, I'm definitely convinced...Gotta make one last purchase, though!  Roll Eyes  Swapping/freecycling for supplies doesn't count as "buying", right?

ok, no swapping or freecycling wouldn't hurt I guess. That's fine with me as long as no one else complains.

But yes, I know the point is to work with what you have instead of going out to get more stuff. So I will stick by that.

I mis-typed. Swapping and freecycling would be fine. i meant to type it "wouldn't hurt" i see that came out wrong. i don't care about that because you still aren't buying and helping by resuing.
