Hello! It's been a while since I've posted anything new, and this is my first time on this board!!

This is a shirt I made last night, it's so bright I'm in love!!  I have had this rainbow ribbed knit for nigh on 8 years now, which should prove to my husband why you should NEVER throw anything, especially fabric, out Wink  The sleeves and pocket are from an old sweater that I got when I went thrifting in Chicago, it was only 10 cents! The red band, back, and trim are from a vest I found here for 3 bucks.  The pattern is from a shirt that got wrecked in the wash, so I used it as a basically template. It was so fun to make, I hope I have enough to make one more!!!

Let me know what you think!

Gosh that is bright  Cheesy.  What a wonderful job you have done - I'm very impressed and I hope you have enough to make another one as well so we can see more pics of your incredible sewing talent.  Well done  Grin

I agree that all the colors are just perfect together, you have a good eye.  Also, the sewing job is so professional, doesn't look handmade at all.  And it fits good too...  just about everything is right!  Great job!

It looks great!
I like the fact that it actually looks vintage, but it was made just yesterday!
I love the colors and I think it looks great on you too.
Nice work TessTessi!
