Use them to make a windchime or mobile. You could always use woodburning or paint to decorate.

Make your jenga into Drunken jenga...we always modify our jenga blocs with dares and confession questions on either side, and of course some blocs say "Everyone take 3 drinks," and so on.......quite a fun game to play though perilous for your tower of blocs.  Or you could make it into the truth or dare jenga without the drinking.

Hear the chimes,
did you know that the wind when it blows
It is older than Rome and all of this sorrow

My kids love to use these for building blocks. Unoriginal I know, but you could paint them with numbers and colors and make a sort of Uno/dominoes game out of them. You could also use them to cover a coffee table or side table, sort of parquet style and seal it with resin. You could do this in their natural state or paint or stain them so that they make some kind of picture.
