Does this look convincing?

My nephew has decided that he wants to be a zombie skateboarder with killer road-rash for Halloween. I've never used liquid latex or anything like it before and decided tonight was a good night to practice, so, does this look convincing?

it looks like a burn...from a cigar.but it looks good, maybe he can be a burn victim?

either that or it looks like an infected wound. That is awesome for a test wound.

Looks good. My first thought: cigarette/cigar burn or infected blister thing gone wrong.

It looks pretty awesome- though as someone who just got a nasty case of road rash its more bloody than anything.

I think you got the coloring down great! The wound looks really convincing. My son is being a dead biker with road rash this year and I did a test patch on me yesterday I used a stipple sponge with the latex and got a great result. If you want I could post a picture for you.

it looks like an infected shotgun wound! very gross... ew. Wonderful job!

my mom has been an RN forever and I kinda made her cringe when I stuck it in her face. I think I'm ok with the actual "wound" part, I've had some pretty nasty scabs and such from skating and it looks about right, but I'm not sure about the surrounding area.
