okay it's not complete, but i was so excited that i had to post it. it's my halloween costume, but i will definately wear it wayyy long after halloween passes. Cheesy






it'd made of red flannel and is fully lined with red gingham check material. i'm using mccall's m5531. it's still needs buttons and to be hemmed! i'll post the finished product and action shots at a later date Smiley

What a darling coat!  You've done a fabulous job!

I have been looking for a coat pattern for ages (I wanted to make my coat before it gets cold) and this one is just perfect, and I had seen it before, but it looks so blah in their pictures, they should use yours, much better!

Did you attach the hood to where the collar attaches to the coat or if not where did you attach it, it's hard to tell with your hair (I'm very jealous of curly hair, yours is lovely)?
