Okay, so for Halloween I'm going to dress up in a Dia de los Muertos costume. For my costume, I made a sugar skull mask that... basically I wear on the side of my head, as most places you go to on halloween aren't keen to masks, and the mask doesn't fit perfectly on my face. It'll also be used a decoration for my house after this Cheesy

I made the mask out of paper mache clay that I put over a big mixing bowl. The eyes and nose are 3D for the most part. (although you can't totally tell in that picture... I'll have to take more and upload them later).

I gave it a gold tooth because I thought it would be fun. Cheesy

Most pics to come later, like... my full costume after halloween! Cheesy Stay tuned.

Paper mache clay worked pretty good. It just took a while to dry. it comes in a big brick at michaels. It's almost like... flour that you mix with water with some paper pulp added. It works up really well, just like I said, take forever to dry.
