Thanks. The writing is part of a letter from 1941. I didn't read it, I felt like I shouldn't because it's not written for me. But thanks to aroze, I got curious. I read the part I have left, it was pretty boring. Some guy just telling his parents that he has eaten smoked fish and he's waiting for sauna-time and things like that. Maybe I used all juicy parts on am's page.

Sauna time could be juicy. We Americans wear towels in saunas, unlike you saucy Europeans Smiley

Sometimes we Finns wear swimsuits in sauna if there are no separate saunas/turns for men and women. I wear in one ice-hole swimming place, I wouldn't have a problem to be there naked, but some other people could feel awkward.

Oh, and some people wear towels on their heads, because they want to protect their hair from the heat.

so many gorgeous pages to catch up on!

LGD, i love how you continued the drawing from the cage image on the front, i remember doing that in art class, you always get such cool results. i should play around with that again! and the spinner is awesome!

banga, that page is so lovely. is the image from an old greeting card? i'm such a sucker for 60s and 70s greeting cards, their images are all so neat. i really adore how you used the printed paper to do the wing and the clouds on the back, and i'm so amazed by how damn neat your handwriting is! is that fabric trim at the bottom?

babs, amazing as usual! i love the bubbles all over, and the lines on the back... i can't wait to see what "future project" you were practicing for! the music inchies are fabulous, and i love the little birdies.

heini, what a lovely page. i adore the handwritten letter you've used as backing, and the image on the back of a castle/ruin/tower/whatever.

banga, the love page is soooo lovely... oh, i adore it. i love the colour combos, and the swirlies, and the pictures you used, and the doilies and the hearts with a bit of black and the little tag you signed on the back.
