Ok so it's actually a papier mache box, but it makes me think of a pretty cake box. I made this for my best friend.  I'm going to fill it with a ton of stuff and send it to her next week. It's papier mache, acrylic paint, krylon spray, ribbon, glitter, vintage text, crepe paper and buttons.  I'm working on a smaller one for myself.
