I made BEST OF 2007 for my frozen bird nest pic!

Of course, like everyone else, I used Arghmatey's pattern, but this is my first ever completed crochet project that is not a scarf nor a half-assed amugurumi pattern.  Therefore, it's my first hat. Ever.  I made it in September but I'm pretty lazy when it comes to posting.   Roll Eyes

Here it is on my boss who confiscated it since I did most of it during a boring day at work.  Total I'd say it took me 2 hours on and off.  I love it though.  It was easy and everyone wants one but I'm too lazy to make another one.

Please pardon the ugly dark blue paint.  My office is painted this horrible gray-blue... it's like working in a storm cloud all day.

Thank you...thank you!  Grin   I probably mucked it up somewhere along the way, which is also probably the reason it's not too slouchy, but it was neat nonetheless.

Really pretty!

And the blue isn't *so* bad. It's better than a bad white, after all.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone! (and trust me, the blue is depressing).

Heather, here is the genius that made this hat and her pattern and her blog site!  Have fun making it.  I know one thing, I mucked it up somewhere.  It's not quite as slouchy as it should be b/c I got frustrated and tired of counting stitches, but overall it's pretty easy and turned out well. http://jessicasuzanne.com/craftypants/2007/09/13/pretty-puffs-slouchy-hat-with-pattern/
