fabeins: I did this a couple of months ago, and with my "Dora"(nemo not explorer) memory I can't be sure if it was difficult or not.  I do recall that the sleeve/collar instructions were confusing, but if you follow it, you will be fine. Wink

The thing with %100 cotton thread is it shrinks. Thats why I use poly wrapped cotton. Also %100 poly thread is so brittle it breaks a lot so thats no good.
