I bought this dress at a second hand store a few months ago.

here's a close up of the top.
I'd like to use it for Halloween somehow, but I can't really think of any way to use it. Any suggestions?
p.s. I don't know how to make the pictures any bigger...

My first thought was Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.  Good luck.

I added a close-up of the top. It's kind of hard to see in the pictures, but it's like a dark green with little flowers on it.

The dress reminds me of the musicals and the stereo typical milkmaid-ish costumes and also of the 10th Kingdom TV Series shepherdess costumes. You put a petticoat underneath it to fluff it out a little and add an apron. If you wanted you could add a bonnet and/or flowers.

Hope this helps

Swiss Miss?  You could wear an apron, put your hair in braids, and hand out hot cocoa (that's a brand of cocoa, right, or am I talking crazy again?)

Everybody likes pink. People who think otherwise are in denial.
