These have either been painted for my bloke or for the wonderful peeps in the Shop the Swap. All acrylic on canvas, varying sizes.

Bob Dylan for Mojo

Lana for Atsuko

Mia for Lasandri (there is also a triptych in progress for her too)

For my bloke Jimi Hendrix

And Ginger from The Wildhearts (his fav band, painted for his birthday on Sunday) complete with spine mic stand Cheesy

And not B&W but in the same style, Mr Tom Skeleton (it's a portrait of a skeleton I own)

Phew! It's nice to see them all in one place Smiley

WOW!   Shocked  Very nicely done!

Do you use a stencil, grid, or just freehand??  Your Dylan & Hendrix are spot on!

My mother paints, and sadly it is not my forte, so I have the greatest respect for painters.

AWESOME!!!  Thank you sooo much Phizzy for being so generous and offering your talents to us.  My friends were all in awe of Lana's portrait (and maybe even a tad envious).  I'm totally in love with mine.  I just can't stop admiring it.  THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Glad you're still enjoying Lana, Atsuko!

If I had a better computer with an art package these would be easier as I could adjust the photo's more. I work from a b&w photo printout and trace all the main features with pencil. Then I draw all of the different sections out, what to paint grey and what black, and then get stuck in painting!

I still have 6 or so more to finish so I'll probably update this post when they're completed. It'll be full of B&W heads! Cheesy
