For my boyfriend's birthday I gave him a copy of the game Cthuhlu Munchkin and made him this Cthuhlu amigurumi to go along with it. It was loosely inspired by the pattern that's available from NeedleNoodles on Etsy.com, but for the most part I improvised.







His wings (which I wish would stand up better) were adapted from a pattern I found for a flying pig and his tentactles and fringe at the base were made using picot stitches in the front loop of the crochet stitch, then I sc behind them, in the back loop, when I made the next round.

Cool-- I really dig those wings too!  Smiley

...and yeah, I have trouble getting my wings to lie flat for pictures too.  I've found that drenching them in Fray Check and letting them dry flat before attaching them to the body helps a bit.
