Got 2 for ya today. They've been finished, but I didn't get to take pics until today.

Sun Ray shawl (elann), in Du Store Aplakka Faerytale

I'm very proud of this one, for 2 reasons; it's my first lace AND I didn't make any mistakes along the way (a miracle, if you ask me!)

Simple Knitted Bodice, in Tilli Tomas Aspen/Flurries (this yarn is as soft as cashmere!)

PLease excuse the pics - I don't have the technique down for taking pics of myself, as you can clearly see.... It's still un-blocked, but I'll get to that this weekend, I think.

Great job on the shawl - the lace is beatiful and so is the color!

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.

I really like your simple knitted bodice.  I usually don't really like the look of lace in a different color from the main part because it doesn't stand out very well, but yours is so subtle.  The two colors complement each other very well and you can still see the detail of the lace.  Great job!

Wow. Congrats on not making any mistakes in the lace I knitted and unknitted my first (and thus far only) lace piece so many times!

I hope you don`t mind me saying so, but great boob-sweater.  Seriously, it can be hard to do knitting in a sexy way.  And gorgeous shawl, obviously.

If it had grown up, it would have made a dreadfully ugly child; but it makes rather a handsome pig, I think.

Great sweater, great shawl. I really must make one of those simple knitted bodices.
