My friend's birthday is coming up so i wanted to make her a box gift. Our AP exams are almost up (that means senior year for us is pretty much over) so I was thinking Senioritis (the dreaded disease that causes second semester high school seniors to slack off) in a box.

But the only things I can think of are beach accessories. If any one has any other things to put in, Id love the help!

Alright...i've spent a few hours during classes today looking at all of these ideas for "*blank* in a box*, but none of them have mentioned something about bowling, golf, or poker. All three of those are what my boyfriend is interested in. I have a few ideas, but i don't think they're good enough. So if any of you have any ideas about this, could you please send 'em? I've got time...but i like getting things done ahead. Thank you sooo much  Smiley

Smiley I just made a "Moving Out" In a box!!!
It's fantastic!
Cause 2 of my friends are both moving away! Sad
But these are fabulous!
I went to Joanns they are having an awesome sale.
I found 2 scrapbook page things that look like maps, and glued them on the top of my box, then put "Moving away in a box" with random letters in a magazine.
So then i put a thermos that I wrote "Bri's Travel Mug" On with a sharpie lol.
A journal, a friendship bracelet (hehe) a purse I made, chapstick, cheap sunglasses, and some snacks, and a mix CD!!!
Oh they are gonnnna LOOOOOOVE It!!!

mmmmmm....bowling in a box......

- talcum powder for his bowling hand so that is slides off his thumb smoothly
- polishing cloth for the ball
- snazzy, tricked-out bowling bag (glow in the dark? LED lights? bowling alleys always seem dimly lit to me)
- if he (or his teammates) imbibe while bowling, include a uninflated balloon and label it "DIY Breathalyzer Test" (if they spit it across the alley while   trying to blow it up, they may be a bit tipsy)
- if the above is appropriate, include a secret pocket for back-up taxi money
- a roll of quarters (vending machines, video games)
- an appropriately decorated packet of Kleenex he can offer his opponents when they cry for mercy

Okay guys, so I want to a "fairie in a box" for my one friend. I know I'm going to put a book about fairies in there and probably some 'fairie dust' as well, but I'm not sure what else to put in there. Any ideas?

hazza:  maybe some costume fairy wings, fairy-themed notebooks/pens/etc (they usually have this kind of stuff at hot topic or comic/hippie shops), you could make her a shirt or tote with fairies, some silky slippers?
