You should definitely keep working on it--yes, it's a lot of "work" for you, but you love it, right? And the results are spectacular! I cannot watch TV without something in my hands. In fact, I've even found myself wanting a project to last longer, because I'm enjoying it so much when I watch my TV shows (I sound like an old lady who has to watch "her stories"...)

That's exactly what I do! I never watch movies or talk to people without having a project in my hand. My mother does the same with crochet, and my grandmother with quilting. My great-grandmother supposedly used to carry a ball of yarn in her apron pocket so that she could crochet while cooking.

" stories". I love to hear people say that. Smiley

Thanks everyone. I've had a spot of bad luck with this cloth...just when the first cold weather struck, ad I dug it out to start working on it again, my local store quite selling embroidery floss.


 So..I had to order a catalog.

I'm also  hoping to order a standing embroidery frame to finish the project with. It's so darn heavy it makes it difficult to reach places in the middle!
