My sister just sent me a link to this beee-utiful panta yesterday, and now I'm obsessed with making one too. I can knit and crochet but I can't create a pattern worth a darn.

So it seems like we've determined that this is knit with double strands and finished with a crochet edge and a crocket flower applique. Can anybody craftier than I figure out the pattern for the actual body of it?

Glad I'm not the only one!  Smiley  I actually broke down and bought one!!!!  My Christmas present to myself. I can send you the link if you want to buy one for yourself.  It's $36 without the flower and $46 with the flower.

Maybe someone will read this and help us out!  LOL!

No thanks, my sister had already sent me the link to the site where it is sold. I came here looking for ideas for how to recreate it at home and found this thread. I've got everything I need to make it in my stash, so I think I'll take a crack at it and I'll let you know how it goes.

I'm willing to pay a crafty knitter to come up with a pattern.  PLEASE?
