Unfortunately this cake wasn't bigger on the inside but it was well received and my youngest was thrilled with her very own Tardis cake and it tasted delicious.
Unfortunately I couldn't get the icing as blue as I had hoped.  No matter how much dye I added the icing refused to co-operate, it did however go a darker shade of blue than the photo implies.

Aaa! I love it! That's the cake I want for my birthday! Fantastic job, I can't even imagine the amount of patience required to frost that thing. Major kudos to you.

YAAAYYY!!!
My old Geo Metro hatchback had a bumper sticker on it that said "My Other Tardis is a Police Box".  I fit an entire patio set in the back once Smiley
My mom sent me a really cool book a while back, The Doctor Who Pattern Book.  It has stuff like a pattern for a Tardis sleeping bag, or the supremely weird "Tegan's Boob Tube".  I hope I have the time to start making things from it soon...

That is waaaay cool.

Just FYI... if you need deeeep dark colors of frosting, you need to use food color pastes, not the liquid stuff you get in the supermarket.  That's how the bakery folks do it.
