i still don't think you can rock this since it's made by my pops and not me but i love all the props anyhow. i've told him all that's been said here and he was just thrilled. your comments really made his day.

thanks again guys. i see it every time i sit down at the computer. right now the window behind it is covered with my little boy's paper snow flakes and with the crystal and the light, it's just so magically sparkly and wintery.
the neighbours have started commenting too. i never really wanted a lot of attention paid to where i live but, ha, oh well! it unavoidable now...
