Some of you may want to enter the Holiday Softie Awards:

The deadline is really terrible: Oct. 31  Tongue

You have to upload your pictures to Flickr and tag them correctly to enter.  The information is all over at Softies Central.

I entered my Holiday Felt Envelopes into the Deck the Halls category: http://www.flickr.com/photos/iamsusie/1730504630/

I finally received my long awaited long distance parcel from yberry and it is just like I said, Totally worth the wait! She completely spoiled us rotten, with a stuffy my son won't let out of his sight and all kinds of other great goodies. It is a good thing yberry is going to post photographs her self because we devoured the goodies before we even made it home. This was a really fun swap and am sure I will join it again.

(lovingly dictated over the phone to moneythumbs friend...
who was delighted to see these lovely ADORABLE crafts.
I'll be back to this site!)

The bad news: There is no key to happiness.
The good news: It isn't locked.

"Stressed" is "desserts" spelled backwards.

Errrrm, I didn't take photos of the treats.
I sent some popular Israeli treats - a peanut-flavored snack, a strawberry-flavored snack, candy coated chocolate buttons, and a candy pacifier.
And of course, Norman:

Norman is an arachnopumpkin who likes to eat small children, and is afraid of the dark, so he always carries around his deaddy bear, Mouldon.

Norman's legs are pliable. He's made of fleece. I took the pattern for Mouldon from Aranzi Aronzo.

Norman is too cool...and his teddy Mouldon is adorable!
