A few Christmas' ago I had a dog theme for my gift wrap and I made dog bone gift tags. I tried to make them look like milk bones, but the recipients name on the bone instead of the word "milkbone".

I used air drying paper clay at the time, but now I think they would have been better with the polymer clay!

Very nice!  And gift tags can look so many different ways with polymer clay and work well (unless using SculpeyFimoSoft because of their brittleness if thin).

Will you be having another theme??  Or will you just go with an xmas theme?

Every Christmas I have a theme that carries from my gifts, to gift wrapping and my Christmas cards. I have done angels, snowmen, reindeer, postage stamps, dogs, rubber ducks, gingerbread men and candy.

You could put a hole on each side, add a chain or band and make it a bracelet.  Gift tags with a dual purpose.  I just might try something like this!

Or a keychain...for those who aren't into wearing polymer jewelry Smiley  The wheels in my head are turning.  My family is doing a 100% home made Christmas this year.
