Eeeeeeeeee! I got the first part of my package today Grin I saw something bigger than usual in our mailbox and when I opened it I could smell the goodies inside. I was going to be patient and wait until the rest arrived but... Nah!

There's two samples of tea, one called Amaretto Explosion and one called Spice Imperial. One box of large leaf teabags with orange pekoe Ceylon tea. Aaannd one ball of yarn that looks like it might be tea dyed and something-else-dyed since there are pink parts. Mmmm... Smells interesting too. The ball of yarn decided it wanted to live with the teabags in their box so the box was a bit squished, but other than that everything survived through the mail.

I think I'll wait with pictures until I get the rest. Now, what do I try first...

Heee... I'm glad it got there ok! There are explanatory notes in the larger parcel so that will tell you about the yarn!

Hope you like the tea samples too!

..I received from Cj today and boy oh boy was it an awesome package!!!! Lots and lots and lot ( did I say lots) of different teas, tons and tons( did I say TONS) of handmade notecards, memo board, coasters and more... plus goodies and a very awesome tea box to match all the note cards etc... I went to snap a pick and my battery was dead so they are in the recharger and I am patiently waiting to dig into it after I snap a good pic...

..CJ, I hope your feeling better... and thank you for being such an awesome partner... I hope you like the things I sent half as much as I loved my things!!

..I'll post pictures in a couple of hours..I just couldn't wait to say thank you!

I got my package too!

Avian Flight did me good!

first off - I had to open the box VERY carefully from the bottom because there was a ton of tape on it - which is good because it was sitting outside by my front door in the rain when I found it. So here is the loot that just kept coming out of that box! LOL!

a black tote bag with a teacup fabric painted on it and my name spelled correctly (thank you!!!)

peach-chamomille tea flavored soaps in adorable little foil wrappers

matching potholders and coasters! I love the colors and they look like they belong with tea related activities! LOL!

a tin with green tea in it to take with me on my travels (very handy) and a lovely glass jar that has been hand painted with a dragon drinking tea on it! I thought the paper taped to the glass had the picture on it at first so was really excited when I pealed that away to see it was on the container! I haven't decided if it gets to have tea in it or if it gets to live in my office with me...

and these tickled me a lot because how could you know I love all things oriental? - a PAIR of truly wonderful tea cups that even match the coasters and hotpads! They are adorable and perfect!

group shot showing ALL the wonderful teas (I haven't had the white tea hot yet - thank you for giving me a new taste treat) and all my terrific loot from the bottom of the my box!

thank you! thank you! thank you!
