I love this wrap from vivaterra.com.  It might be something I could do myself but first off I can't tell if this is knitted or woven!  Is it possible, do you think, to achieve that tweed-pattern through knitting?  If so, any suggestions how?

I think this is just standard tweed fabric.  If you have a serger and sew it would be super easy to make.  Otherwise you could probably knit something with a similar shape and texture.  There are lots of yarn that produce a tweedy look.  Good luck, LaShawn

I think it looks like polar fleece. If you stretch it while sewing the satin stitch edge it will ripple like that.
