Now that it is cooler here in Indiana I am thinking of making this:
http://www.dianelangan.com/CrochetPatternFiles/websafenames/coralshrug.html (page not found)

It seems easy enough and may work up quickly.

Has anyone made this?
Would anyone like to?

I've been looking for this pattern!  Cheesy Thanks so much for posting the link! I'm thinking of using it as sort of a starting point for a normal length fitted cardigan I've had in mind for a while. I was thinking of knitting it at first, then I recalled this pattern, but couldn't remember where I had seen it. Not sure when I'll get around to starting it, though, but I'll be watching this thread.  Good luck with yours!

chel02, if you do make this please let us know how it's turning out.

Whenever I get around to making this, I think I will use green, pink or salmon colored yarn because thats what I already have. I may make it a little longer. but maybe not

I was just reading over this pattern and am not sure what the "body" is. Would it be the first few rows across the shoulders?

chel02, it must be nice to have a mom to ask crochet questions to AND that has tons of yarn for you to use.

I have one of those huge skeins of boucle yarn from JoAnn's. Do you think it is too thin to use on it's own? (Ask your mom for me please  Grin)

Please show us your cardigan when it's done.

This is a pretty cardigan.  I've been looking for a project these last couple of days  Undecided.  I actually started on a couple but I think this will be more fun!  Besides, I love Simply Soft yarn.  So, I think I'm in.  I'll be going out to buy the yarn tomorrow.  I will probably attempt to length this cardigan too!

Guminmyhair:  I have a big skein of bouncle yarn that I've been trying to find a pattern for  (actually found one on the bernat site).  Bouncle yarn is a thicker yarn, so you may want to check the gauge and use a smaller hook!  It will look really nice w/ bouncle yarn! Grin
