not sure if i can post this here...
Anyone know how i would go about monograming on chocolate? im stuck on how to do this. Its on small candy chocolates.
Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Smiley

You could have a custom mold made. I'm not sure where but it's got to be possible.

My less expensive suggestion would be a little bit of royal icing in a piping bag with a small round tip. Just make sure your icing isn't so wet that it will run.

If you're good at writing with frosting, I got an idea -

Put candy melts (Wilton makes good ones) in a plastic disposable frosting bag - dont' cut a hole in it yet.  The Candy Melts come in a bunch of colors so you could find a nice contrast.  Put it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time until the chocolate melts or you could do what I do - I use one of those mini crock-pot simmer things and use it like a double boiler.  I put hot water in there then put the bag in the hot water until the chocolate is melted. Cut a very small hole in the tip and you're ready to write on top of the candies.

If you'd like more info, I'm thinking it would be easy and maybe fun to do a picture tutorial type of thing to show what I mean - want me to?
