this was sooo full of mistakes. haha! but i had fun making it. Smiley
i used the zipper pouch tutorial here to figure out the zipper and then just went from there.
[ETA: its made from leftover dark wash denim [from a par of jeans i cropped] and some pretty blue satin]

as you can see, it got a little messed up so its not perfect.. AND the blue satin stuff ripped a little bit. i forgot to take pictures of the lining, but its lined with that same satin fabric. i deffinitely learned alot from this project, so i'll be making more for sure.

very cute. I like the dark contrasting with the bright blue.
And yes, I myself can't walk by something silk without touching it (oooh silk......must touch)  Cheesy

This is great!  I find it so amazing how hard putting in a little zipper can be.  I love the silk material.

thanks! that blue silk is even more pretty IRL, but, of course, the camera does stange things to colours....
