Hi everyone, hopefully someone can assist me, because I'm kinda stumped on this. My 4-year-old daughter -really- wants to be a skunk for Halloween (maybe I should inform her that some kids are mean and may say that she stinks?), and I was trying to think of something to dress myself in that would somehow match somewhat with her costume.
Another woodland creature? Bambi? I dunno, help me out, I appreciate it!

i think a skunk is a cool costume.
well, you could either match her as a flower or something different that smells good or match as some woodland creature as you said (a rabbit wouldnt be too hard) or you could go for black and white and go as a penguin or a zebra.

Unfortunately my first thought was a rabbit, I guess if you're into Disney is could be Thumper.  Or something else that supposedly smells bad- what other animals smell bad?  I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but I know that our dogs sure reek.

Two totally off topic things:

1.  Speaking of skunks, has anyone ever seen this PBS commerical? :

I saw that when I was a child and ever since I've wanted a pet skunk so badly...

And 2. I love your icon.  If I was spending Halloween in Canada I'd probably do a TPB-themed costume of some sort.  Bubbles is my favorite character.  Cheesy

I'd say woodland creature, a flower... or... general stink? Ha. Maybe dress light green and.. blobby... somehow? (Although you'd have to explain yourself all night!)

And bingeandpurge: I love that commercial! It pleases me deeply. Skunks are just adorable. We had one living in my backyard, and I always felt so silly trying to run away from the cute little thing.

My first thoughts were also Bambi or Thumper. My second was the cat that Pepe LePew chased after. *grin*

Yeah, it would be cool to do a TPB's costume theme, though no one would get it because I live in Phoenix, AZ.  Smiley One of my friends would make the *best* Ricky, lol.

Thank you for all the ideas, they are all great! I will most definately post pictures when all is said and done.

I totally thought of you being a flower. I couldn't figure out why until I remembered the name of the skunk from Bambi.  Grin
