I just got a couple of skeins in Taupe and plan to make a cabled purse for Spring. I like the colors but then I still have a ton of the bright color selection that was Cotton Ease before the discontinued it the first time.

you could make a pair of twinkletoes ballet style slippers from knitty.com

you could also make a summer top like previously suggested.

also it can be used to make a lacy summer shawl

check out lion brand's site for pattern suggestions. when they debuted the yarn, they had a few new patterns (and a Lola comic) to go with it.

I'm currently using it for a twist top from VK spring/summer 05. I really love it, and wow, this thing is knitting up fast! Oh, and the icons today are so cute - I love the bunnies!  Smiley

Sorry to drag up this old thread but I finally got some Cotton Ease (my local Jo Ann's finally started selling it  Roll Eyes I nearly fell over when I saw it on display  Shocked ). I got 5 skeins of violet and one of lake  Cheesy I'm so pleased  Grin Now, just deciding what to make with it  Tongue

I think I have enough for another top down raglan or maybe a shawl.... but I'm planning on going back tomorrow to do some more 'shopping', just to stock up  Wink
