You guessed right. He's from an old Super Nintendo/Sega game Aero the Acrobat.
it was one of my favorites from back in the day. A little obscure, but still fun.

My brother came over a few weeks ago and blew the dust off the game and played it for a while, inspiring me to pull out this old project, lol

I found my old sega at my mom's house tucked away in a musty closet in the basement... the thing was gery with mildew. Needless to say i cried a little on the inside and tucked it away, stole all the games back and swapped them all up for super rare SNES games. XD

If Aero doesn't sell he's a perfect fit in my retro gaming room! =D
