I received from Tuesday!

She sent lovely, matching items from my cooking/recipe theme.

She made a hot pad and oven mitt, a recipe holder with recipe cards inside, and a apron that I have been wearing around all day.

She also sent chocolates and an orange cranberry scone mix that I can't wait to try.

I will post pics tomorrow (I have to get my camera back from my mom).
Wait till you see, I can't describe the gifts and do them justice.

Thanks Tuesday.  And thanks to our organizers!

My partner, PatriaE, asked me to post pics.

I chose her nautical theme and made a bag with some of her favorite colors.

I made her an idea book/swap journal.  These next pictures are of the book before it was put together.  Under the idea section, I just put blank paper decorated with dolphins.  In the swap journal section, there are the forms shown in the picture.

And lastly, I sent some homemade magnets.

I hope you liked everything PatriaE!  I had fun crafting for you and I thought all your themes were great ideas.

I've recieved from Michela!  I'm sorry to make you all jealous, but here goes...

She picked my theme (surprisingly) of Harry Potter.  (I really wasn't expecting it, since there was alot of discussion about how many of us who had that on their list)

Here I am holding my new Hufflepuff blankie.  Oh my, is this ever comfy and warm.

My new imperverished coffee cup cozy to keep the coffee warm and my hands cool

A sweater that was affected by the shrinking curse, but now serves as my ipod cozy.

Socks!!  Unity socks no less, in all the house colours, knit by Molly Weasly (hence the high proportion of Griffindor red)  Erlack!  My feet look fat and ugly from this angle, but I swear to you they are really cute, especially in my new socks.

Thank you Michela so much!!  This was an awesome swap.  I'm wearing my socks now, and will not likely take them off for a long time.

Socks are persnickety.  Having made some myself, I know.  I also know how much work they are.  I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

And they fit like a dream.  (I'm still wearing them)

Ok... the pictures don't do the the kitchen items justice either.

Tuesday sent me this apron, oven mitt and hot pad in great fabric.  I have already used all three and am wearing the apron as I type.  These were made really, really well.  I hope to have that kind of skill someday.

Here are the goodies.  They won't last long around my house.  Yum!

And here is the recipe holder.  Which is perfect for taking our favorite recipes with us on our houseboat.  Thanks.

Thanks so much Tuesday!  What a wonderful package!
