I am so so happy with this vest! It took a long time to knit, but it was totally worth it.
This was my first Phildar pattern, and it was so clear and well written.


The pattern is from Phildar #468 from Spring 2007. I used 3 skeins of Catalina baby alpaca. No modifications. I really like the drapey, oversized fit of it.

Yay for you Smiley!  Yep that's perfect for Fall.  It's good to know it's clear and well written.  Is this from there most recent issue?  Was it in English? I don't want to assume because I know many people know more than one language.

Shining Star, I wish I was talented enough to translate French knitting patterns. I bought the English version of the booklet, which was #468 for Spring 2007. It's still available on their website.
