ya! i live in lafayette! my boyfriend goes to purdue and i'm living with him to save money. people are always fascinated that i make stuff, but never wanna join in the fun.

Have you tried Von's in the Village by Purdue?  I'm no longer in Purdue country but when I was, I always met up with interesting craftsters there.  Plus, if you're into beads you can't beat their selection!  Now, if I could only find a burger to match either Triple X or the Clubhouse, I'd be in heaven....

haha i actually work in the record store. i'm always showing stuff to the girls in the bead store, they're the only ones who don't think i'm crazy for making all this stuff! but they tend to make more jewelry stuff, and there's a couple of fashion design students too.

Hey, I'm Chris in Lafayette. I'm in Blue Monday that my good friend Jerry posted about. We are kind of full in our group but maybe we could plan a Lafayette crafters' night out sometime?

I make lamps and clocks, mostly, but I also really like latch-hook, and I'm trying to get into needlepoint and stuff. I'm also a somewhat accomplished photographer and graphic designer.
