So I had to try Jordy's fab tutorial like everyone else, and this is what it resulted in. It's quite small (ca 11x14 cm) so probably good for glamorous nights out...  Smiley
I've had a photocopy of the pattern on the front lying around for years, and finally got a chance to use it for something... Traced it and machine embroidered it.  Made the strap differently, with two strips of fabric and interfacing sewn together and turned inside out, then embellished with pink seams. Might attach a snap for closing later as it's 'bulging' a bit.

ETA: The lining isn't as red as it looks, it's more purplish...

Thank you people! ...looking back, I would have done the whole bag as well...  Undecided  but I got a bit impatient and wanted to see what the finished bag looked like so I didn't... Smiley

It's fabulous!  It looks so professional!

I know what you mean about being impatient.  When I made my bag the other day, I decided to quilt the fabric.  It took so long doing the quilting lines going one way that I decided to leave it as it was rather than making the usual diamond shapes.

Good work!

ok, so I didn't research properly... I should have posted this in the tutorial thread, like everyone else, and not made a big scene... Undecided
Soz, thanks for feedback though... and I think I'm getting addicted to making these bags... on my third one, and planning the fourth one  Cheesy
