I hardly ever cook, neither do I bake, but I was so wow-ed by the rainbow cheesecake in this posthttp://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=193137.0

I had to make my own!

However, I differed from the recipe by:

- using an aluminium foil base instead of a springform pan
- replacing the brownie base with a digestive cookie base, which I mixed with butter and pressed firmly onto the base
- using only five colours

This was my first attempt with a non-bake recipe:

Looks terrible, but at least I learnt something new from the experience!

I haven't tasted it yet, cos it's a gift for the boyfriend!

It's okay XD
Mine didn't turn out particularly amazing either ^^;

But you've gotta admit, it's fun to make! Hope your boyfriend likes it, I know mine did  Wink

You know what....no matter what it looks like, it still tastes like cheesecake! And that means it's yummy! Smiley

Followed a link here from the OP. I love your colors, and I don't think that the no bake one looks that bad. It looks like pastel fudge, which totally puts me in a springtime mood.
